Our bodies certainly store our traumas. True healing from emotional, mental, or physical trauma always happens through the body. Understanding this, as well as some basic concepts related to how traumas work, and learning a few simple techniques will be the focus of this workshop. Through movement, you will understand what and why it is worth doing to work out your traumas from your body.
